Nordwind Investment B.V. is a diversified holding company based in Netherlands. It operates worldwide across different sectors, in which it has invested and established companies with high level expertise.
Our company’s strategy is to develop regional and global enterprises only in selected core businesses: IT, financial services, agriculture, stocks and securities, real estate and plants. This focus will allow us to target resources more efficiently and expand more rapidly in these strategic, high growth areas.

Nordwind Investment B.V. operates on the principles of transparent corporate development and financial control in accordance with international standards. The group exercises control over its divisions through the formal holding structure and through shareholder agreements.
Each division adheres to the same corporate development standards and financial control principles. Management of individual companies in each industrial holding is carried out by the respective Boards of Directors and Executive bodies of these companies.
